I detest my credit stealing idiot of a boss

Right now there really are no well mannered terms to describe just how nasty my manager is. I got a great idea just the other day. I advised that we connect the tasks of ordering along with the data entry phase in order to avoid wasting valuable time and natural resources. They doubted the idea from the beginning and I had to reluctantly move into the details about how that could easily be made. Initially he thought the idea far too costly but I patiently explained that the project’s stages were actually cost effective. After he said thanks, and while appearing to be grateful, he claimed he thought of it and failed to credit me in the slightest! He needs to be aware that I have found out his phone calls because the role is to just take notes in all conference calls and also enter the notes into our files. For about a hour he pitched the idea to the boss that it took him a really very long period of time to find the information as a result of the internet as it was not really his branch of scientific study and that she had found a mechanism which needed lesser time. I used to be just a little frustrated at this and then to top if off he found the stones to point out his technical group ought to have thought of that ages ago! How inconsiderate of that jerk!
